At Aspire to Be, the safety and wellbeing of every participant is our highest priority. We support adults who are D/deaf, neurodiverse, or face other barriers to employment, providing a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment where individuals can develop confidence, practical skills, and independence.
Safeguarding is embedded throughout our programmes, and all staff receive regular training to recognise and respond to concerns relating to abuse, exploitation, mental health, online safety, and wellbeing. We encourage participants to share any concerns and ensure support is available whenever needed.
Our safeguarding approach includes:
- Person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Regular safeguarding training for all staff.
- Health and wellbeing support through internal and external services.
- Online safety education to help participants stay safe in the digital world.
- Partnership working with families, support services, employers, local authorities, and community organisations.
Based within the Carr Fenton Foundation, Aspire to Be provides a welcoming and supportive environment helping people achieve positive outcomes safely and confidently.
